The HTV television network covering the southwest of England and Wales screen "Great Westerners" featuring a documentary on Roger Cook.
The CLIC annual charity event is held in the presence of Her Royal Highness, The Duchess of Kent G.C.V.O. at the Hippodrome in Bristol. The guest acts include Madeline Bell who performed three numbers including Cry Me A River. In Act two, Roger and the Sutton Youth Theatre perform a song Roger had written at the request of Bob Woodward, called All My Friends Are

Roger Cook is interviewed with Roger Greenaway on the Michael Barrymore TV show where they perform Lovers Of The World Unite. They are re-united with some of their other songwriting partners; Les Reed, Barry Mason, Herbie Flowers, Bill Martin and Madeline Bell. They perform a selection of their hits.
