The album was finished later that year at Jack Clements Studios (Jacks Tracks) in Nashville. 12 songs were cut for the American release and 11 songs for the UK release, with assistance from Charles Cochran, Bobby Wood, Joe Allen, Herbie Flowers, Barry Morgan and Mike Moran.
