8830). Penned by Cook and Greenaway, it climbs to No.4 in the UK charts and No.29 in the USA.
The Fortunes release the 10 track album Freedom (Capitol SHZE 343) specifically for the German market. It features 5 songs penned by the Rogers, including Gasoline Alley Bred .
Michael Hurl, producer for the Cilla Black show, asks the Rogers if they
could come up with a song for Cilla's new TV show. They write Something
Tells Me Something's Gonna Happen Tonight . Produced by George Martin and by Mike Vickers, it reaches No.3 in the UK
charts
